Jyoti Dasanjh

Jyoti Dasanjh was born and raised in Prince George, British Columbia.

After graduating from high school, Jyoti attended the University of British Columbia where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.  She also completed the university's science co-op program, working in the areas of immunology research and environmental chemistry.

In 2006, Jyoti began law school at the University of Victoria.  During her legal studies, she received several scholarships in recognition of her academic achievements.

Jyoti started her professional career in 2007, as a summer law student at Cowley and Company, and she returned to the same role in the summer of 2008.  After finishing law school in 2009, Jyoti articled at an intellectual property law firm in Vancouver, where she continued on as an associate in the litigation department following her call to the Bar.

Jyoti returned to the practice of personal injury law in December of 2011, when she rejoined the team at Cowley and Company.

Jyoti chose to work at Cowley & Company because of the firm's emphasis on providing a professional yet supportive environment for our clients.

Outside of work, Jyoti enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
