Lee A. Cowley

Lee Cowley graduated in 1978 concurrently from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Doctor of Chiropractic) and the University of Toronto (Bachelor of Science Chemistry).  He and one of his classmates were the first Canadian chiropractors to secure positions with a government funded health facility.  He continued to practice chiropractic, earning a degree in mathematics along the way, until 1993, when he sold his practice and moved to British Columbia to pursue his law degree at the University of Victoria.  He graduated in 1996 with the J.P. Lawson Academic Award.

After a stint with the Provincial Crown as a criminal prosecutor, and an extended stay with a general practice firm, he opened his own firm, Cowley & Company, in October of 2000, and continues to practice primarily in the area of plaintiff-sided car accident claims, as well as general civil litigation, wrongful dismissal and immigration law.

Lee lives in the Queens Park areas of New Westminster with his wife Jennifer and the "twins", son Trenton and daughter, Theresa.  Most of his spare time is devoted to coaching minor hockey.
